Postural Assessment and Corrective Exercise (PACE) uses cutting-edge information and skills to build on principles taught in the Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training and/or Certificate in Personal Training.
PACE explores the use of posture and movement assessments to determine a patient's static position and functional movement capacity. Through PACE, a practitioner can explain how movement limitations can be effectively managed through the application of highly organized and effective mobilization and corrective exercise strategies.
These exercise protocols use stretching, foam rollers and core strengthening to help enhance performance in athletics, and everyday living.
