By booking or using services from Roots Wellness Center LLC, you agree to these terms.

Services
We provide acupuncture and related wellness services by appointment. Appointment times, locations (including 950 York Road and home visits when offered), and fees will be confirmed at booking.

SMS / text messaging
By opting in to SMS from Roots Wellness Center LLC (for example by texting START or YES to our clinic number, or by requesting reminders when you book), you agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late-cancel or no-shows will be charged $75
